I graduated from Stockton University in 2015 with a bachelors of science in nursing and a minor in holistic health. In that same year, I also began my path as a yoga teacher. I’ve received certifications in critical care nursing, reiki, and completed over 600 hours in yoga trainings. I worked as a RN in telemetry, cardiothoracic intensive care, electrophysiology, and post anesthesia care up until my daughter was born.
After delivering my little girl in 2023, I experienced postpartum PTSD—not that I knew it at the time. I couldn’t see myself clearly— I was in pure survival mode. Looking back on that incredibly hard time, I realize that what I needed then was support, community, and resources.
This space was born from that need — and from my calling to turn pain into purpose. I created Motherhold to offer you a soft place to land before, during, or after the wild transformation of becoming a mother.
Because mothers hold everything — and we deserve a place to be held, too.
