From wherever you are, know that you are not alone.

These live Zoom support groups provide a safe space to share with others who truly understand.

Don’t see a group for you? Check out my resources page, contact me directly, or book a private support session. Sending you all my love.

All support groups are led by Julia Ghobrial, the founder of Motherhold.

She is an RN and mother certified in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International. She has lived experience with birth trauma, postpartum PTSD, as well as the grief of experiencing TFMR and stillbirth.
