Reads + Resources
Free linked resources helping you navigate pregnancy and postpartum — mom to mom.
These are the books, articles, and free resources that I wish I’d found sooner.
Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or just trying to feel a little more like yourself again, I hope something here resonates.
Free Resources
Helpful tools, trusted websites, and supportive communities to lean on — all in one place, so you don’t have to search when you’re already carrying so much.
Many hospitals have free online courses listed on their website that anyone can take, regardless of if you birth there. They are often offered virtually and can be focused on breastfeeding, childbirth, newborn care, etc.
Resources for Dads
Fathers experience the challenging transition into parenthood in their own ways. They also experience perinatal mental health disorders. They also deserve support.
