Whether you are trying, expecting, recovering, surviving, or anywhere in between— there is space for you here.
These offerings were created to help you feel more held in a season that asks so much of you.
Prenatal yoga
These yoga classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy — no experience needed. This is time for you to breathe, listen to your body, connect with your baby, and build your community.
Postpartum Support
A safe, welcoming space for postpartum moms to gather, share, and be gently held — led by a registered nurse and fellow mother who understands how heavy this season can feel.
Virtual and in-person events offered. Non-mobile babies are welcome at in person events (older kids - kindly keep home). Whether you're navigating hard times or just need to exhale, there is space for you here.
Many times when we are expecting, all of the preparation we see is about labor and pushing. There’s not enough preparation for what comes next. That’s where I come in. I’m a mother and a RN trained in perinatal mental health, and I’m here to help.
