 Prenatal yoga 

Intuitive movement for every body and every budget.

Donation-based yoga classes designed for all stages of pregnancy — no experience needed. This is time for you to breathe, listen to your body, connect with your baby, and build your community.

Postpartum Support

Also known as “motherhold circles” around here.

A safe, welcoming space for postpartum moms to gather, share, and be gently held — led by a registered nurse and fellow mother who understands how heavy this season can feel.

Virtual and in-person events offered. Babies are welcome (older kids - kindly keep home). Whether you're navigating hard times or just need to exhale, there is space for you here.
