MOTHERHOLD'S STORY

I am a mom on a mission to make sure no one walks through postpartum alone.

Hi! I’m Julia.

Meet Julia, founder of Motherhold.

After delivering my beautiful daughter in 2023, I experienced postpartum PTSD. However, I didn’t know it in the moment. I couldn’t see myself clearly. I was in pure survival mode. Looking back on that incredibly hard time, I realize that what I needed then was support, community, and resources.

This space was born from that need — and from my calling to turn pain into purpose. With a background in critical care nursing and a passion for being of service, I created Motherhold to offer you a soft place to land before, during, or after the wild transformation of becoming a mother.

Because mothers hold everything — and we deserve a place to be held, too.
